Ingredients
- 1 1 1 can creamed corn
- 1 1 1 can corn
- 2/3 2/3 2/3 c. milk or sour cream
- 1 1 1 egg, well beaten
- 2 2 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 2 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 c. butter, melted
- to & pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients, mix well. Bake in buttered 2 qt. casserole dish at 350° for 1 hour.
