Fudge Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 cup sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 can (5.3-oz.)evaporated milk
• 2 squares (2 oz.) unsweetened chocolate
• 2 tablespoon butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

Preparation

Step 1

In 2-qt. dish mix sugar, salt and evaporated milk. Microwave at High (10) for 3 to 4 minutes until boiling. Whisk after 2 minutes. Stir in unsweetened chocolate until melted. Add butter and vanilla extract.
