CRANBERRY PORK TENDERLOIN

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Tbs butter
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
  • 1/2 Cup Canned whole cranberry sauce
  • pinch parsley, salt and pepper
  • 1 Tbs fresh Rosemary
  • 1 Tbs Balsamic Vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Brown the onions in the butter in a sauce pan. Add remaining ingredients and stir until blended. Keep warm and set aside.



1 8 – 10oz Pork Tenderloin

Sear the pork in a skillet on the range. Put the pork into the oven at 400c and roast until done (about 40 mins).
Serve with the warm cranberry sauce.
