Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Tbs butter
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
- 1/2 Cup Canned whole cranberry sauce
- pinch parsley, salt and pepper
- 1 Tbs fresh Rosemary
- 1 Tbs Balsamic Vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Brown the onions in the butter in a sauce pan. Add remaining ingredients and stir until blended. Keep warm and set aside.
1 8 – 10oz Pork Tenderloin
Sear the pork in a skillet on the range. Put the pork into the oven at 400c and roast until done (about 40 mins).
Serve with the warm cranberry sauce.
