Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. round steak
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 can tomatoes (16oz.)
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/3 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup carrots, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Cut meats into 4 portions.
Mix flour and salt; pound into meat (set aside remaining flour). Brown meat in small amount of oil. Place in shallow baking dish.
Blend remaining flour with dripping in skillet. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese. Cook until boils. Pour over meat. Cover and bake at 350 F. for 1 hour. Top with cheese and heat a few minutes.
