Ingredients

• juice of 2 oranges- about 2/3 c.
• 3 kiwis, peeled and chopped
• 2 mangoes peeled and chopped
• 1 (8.5 oz container of ONE coconut water with a splash of Passion fruit
• 1/4 c. silkern tofu
• 3 T. coconut sugar

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine orange juice, kiwis, mangoes, coconut water, tofu, and coconut sugar in your blender, and puree until smooth.
2. Pour mixture into chosen pop molds and put sticks in place.
3. Freeze until solid.
