Ingredients
- 2 pounds carrots
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 12 butter flavored crackers (Ritz), crushed
- 1/4 pound Velveeta cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1 Slice and cook carrots by boiling. Drain carrots and placed into greased 8" baking dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
2 Melt butter and cheese together over low heat, stirring constantly. Pour over carrots and brown sugar. Sprnkle cracker crumbs on top.
3 Bake at 350°for 30 minutes uncovered.
