Ingredients
- Crust:
- 3/4 stick butter (6 T.)
- 1 t. cocoa
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1 well-beaten egg
- 2 c. crushed graham crackers
- 1 c. flaked coconut
- Filling:
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 T. crème de menthe
- 2 t. instant vanilla pudding
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- Frosting:
- 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. butter

Preparation
Step 1
Crust: mix and pat crust in 9 X 13 pan; chill.
Filling: beat well and spread on crust; chill.
Frosting: melt butter and chips; frost.
Cut in squares before frosting gets completely set.
Keep in refrigerator.
