Ingredients

• 1 qt boiling water
• 1 pkg jello Berry Blue flavor
• 1 pkg jello strawberry flavor
• 2 cups cold water
• 1 cup berries
• 1 tub cool whip
• 1 cup strawberries

Preparation

Step 1

Stir 2 cups of the boiling water into each flavor of the dry gelatin mix in separate bowls for 2 minutes or until completely dissolved. Stir 1 cup cold water in each bowl. Refrigerate blue until thickened - about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Let strawberry stand at room temp. Add blueberries to thickened blue gelatin, stir. Pour into 4 to 6 qt glass bowl. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until set but not firm. Spread with 3 1/2 cups of whipped topping, refrigerate. Meanwhile, refrigerate strawberry gelatin 1 1/2 hours or until thickened. Stir in strawberries, spoon onto whipped topping. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Top with remaining whipped topping.
