  • 4-6 chicken breasts - boneless skinless
  • 1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1 bottle wing sauce (any variety will work - i prefer franks red hot - wing sauce- very low in calories but high in flavor)

Preparation

Step 1

place chicken in crock pot cover and ranch packet. pour wing sauce over chicken. cook 7-8 hours on low. half hour before serving, stir the chicken an stir really well. a lot of the liquid will be absorbed by the chicken.
serve over shredded lettuce, on a bun or in a wrap. Garnish with blue cheese cheddar etc.
