- 4 (1/2-in. thick) salmon steaks (1-lb.)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed

Step 1
In paper towel lined 2-qt. oblong dish place steaks. Brush with melted butter mixed with lemon juice. Sprinkle with dill. Cover dish with wax paper.
Microwave at High (10) 7 to 8 Minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 4 minutes. When done, fish will flake easily with fork. Turn fish over onto serving plate. (Paper towel absorbs juices for best appearance of fish.) Garnish top of steaks with sprinkling of paprika or parsley and additional melted butter, if desired.
