Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
- 6 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 cans (7-oz. each) solid pack tuna
- 1/2 cup (1/4-lb.) butter
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1 cup fine dry bread crumbs

Step 1
In large mixing bowl beat eggs with fork. Add rice, onions and undrained tuna. Mix well.
In small glass bowl place butter. Microwave at High (10) 1 Minute, until melted. Add to tuna along with thyme and crumbs. Mix well.
Spread mixture evenly in lightly greased 9-in. pie plate. Cover with wax paper. Microwave at High (10) 10 to
12 Minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 5 minutes. Serve
in wedges.
