Ingredients

  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/4 C minced fresh parsley
  • 1/4 C fresh basil minced
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 C olive oil
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 pounds jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined tails intact

Preparation

Step 1

Combine garlic, parsley, basil, both mustards,salt, pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice. Add shrimp and toss to cover shrimp and marinade. marinate for 1-2 hours at room temperature.

when ready to grill, preheat grill and brush with olive oil to prevent shrimp from sticking. Skewer, discard marinade. Grill for 2 minutes per side.
