Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 ribs celery, sliced
- 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen peas, thawed 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 5 oz. mushrooms, quartered, about 1 3/4 cups
- 1/2 small onion, diced
- 1 tsp. tarragon
- 1/4 tsp.dried thyme

Step 1
In large skillet melt butter over medium-high heat; add mushrooms, celery and onion. Cook, stirring occasionally, until onion begins to brown, about 7 min. Stir in peas, tarragon,salt,thyme and pepper; cook until heated through, 3-5 min.
