Ingredients
- 1 1/2-2 cups longhorn cheese
- 7 -10 potatoes
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 4 tbs. butter
- Pepper
- Seasoning salt
- Green onion, if desired

Preparation
Step 1
Place whole potatoes with skin in pan and cook until tender. Drain water, cut up potatoes into cubes and remove skins. Add onion, pepper, salt, cheese and butter. Butter should be cut in slices over potatoes. Place in 13x9 pan and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours. Cover with foil for first 35 minutes.
