Ingredients
- Garlic
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lb. chicken breasts, cut in strips (thicker meatier strips)
- 2 cups broccoli florets (small pieces)
- 3/4 cup oil-packed, sun-dried tomatoes, drained and sliced small
- 1 tsp. Basil
- Pinch red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbs. Butter
- 1/2 lb. bow tie pasta

Preparation
Step 1
Saute garlic in oil (don't cook too long, garlic will get bitter). Add chicken and saute until cooked (turns white). Set chicken aside. Saute broccoli, and then return chicken to pan. Add tomatoes and seasonings. Add white wine. Add chicken broth (nice rich broth) and butter. Let simmer 5 minutes, covered, to let flavors blend. Add cooked bow tie pasta and toss together. Add Parmesan cheese, if desired.
