Parsley Butttered Potatoes

Ingredients

  • white potatoes
  • parsley ( I used dried not fresh)
  • butter

Preparation

Step 1

Cook the potatoes with or with out the skins on, drain, toss with a stick of butter, add some parsley toss to coat..

NOTE..Needed these to be done once when I was having company but wasn't going to be home to fuss..and needed to feed a crowd.
I boiled a 5 pound bag of white potatoes for only a few minutes I left the skin on..I had a crock pot liner in my crock pot, drained the potatoes and put them in the crock pot on low, melted 2 sticks of butter and added to the potatoes and sprinkled with parsley..When I got home I stirred the mixture, checked to see if it needed more butter or parsley and they were perfect when it was time to eat.probably left in crock pot unattended for 2 1/2 to 3 hours
