• 1 T. edible lavender flowers (plus a few extra for garnish)
• 1 t lavender extact
• 4 T. honey
• 1/2 c. heavy cream
• 1 1/1 c. whole milk

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine the lavender flowers, lavender extract, and honey in a large bowl, and mix together.
2. Add the heavy cream and milk, transfer to a blender, and blend all ingredients together to a smooth texture.
3. Pour into molds and put sticks in place.
4. Freeze until solid
