Ingredients

  • 6 oz lowfat goat milk or almond milk
  • 4 slices frozen mango
  • 1/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1/2 t vanilla
  • 3 packets Stevia (We use Pyure brand)
  • 1 T peanut butter or PB2 (optional)
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats (optional)
  • 2 T non-fat Greek yogurt (optional)
  • 1 handful raw baby spinach (optional)
