Ingredients
- 2/3 cup brown rice flour
- 2/3 cup arrowroot starch
- 2/3 cup sorghum flour
- OR 2 cups Jules GF Flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsps cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup plain pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. In a large bowl whisk together flour, sugar, xantham gum, baking powder, baking soda, spices and salt. In a medium bowl whisk together the eggs, pumpkin and olive oil.
3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix to combine. Fold in the chocolate chips. Scoop into muffin tin. Bake for 18-20 minutes until the muffins are golden brown.
