Ingredients
- 6 cups spiral pasta uncooked
- 3/4 cup Olive oil
- 1/2 cup wine vinegar (Red or White)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups chopped green pepper
- 2 cups chopped fresh tomato
- 1 1/2 cups chopped onion
- 3/4 cup cubed provolone cheese
- 1/4 - 1/2 lb. thinly sliced salami or pepperoni cut into 1/2 inch strips,

Preparation
Step 1
cook pasta, drain, rinse with cold water
In a small bowl whisk together oil, vinegar, sugar and seasonings.
In a large bowl combine all ingredients, cover and refrigerate.
