Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast
- halves (6 oz each)
- 1/2 C prepared pesto
- 2 jars (4 1/2 oz each) sliced mushrooms,
- drained
- 1 can 94 1/2oz) chopped ripe olives
- 1 C (4oz) provolone cheese

Preparation
Step 1
flatten chicken slightly
place in ungreased 13"x9" baking dish
spoon pesto over chicken
top w/ mushrooms & olives
bake, uncovered @400 fro 15 min.
sprinkle w/ cheese
bake 1-2 min. longer or until cheese is
melted & chicken juices run clear
