  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons ground sumac
  • 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • lemon wedge, to garnish

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Rub sumac into the chicken breasts and pour balsamic vinegar over and marinate for 30 to 60 minutes in the fridge.
3. Spray oven tray with olive oil spray or use baking paper lined tray and bake in 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes or until cooked, depending on thickness of chicken breast.
4. This can also be cooked on the stove top or bbq.
