Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 c quality mayonnaise
- 1/3 c buttermilk
- 2-4 oz crumbled blue cheese (taste dependent)
- 2 T minced fresh italian parsley
- 2 T minced fresh chives
- 2 T minced fresh oregano
- 2 scallions, minced
- 1 t white wine vinegar
- 1/4 t celery powder
- pinch paprika
- pinch cayenne pepper
- tt sea salt
- tt black pepper, freshly ground

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Whisk to thoroughly combine. Refrigerate for at least 30 min to let flavor develop. Taste and adjust seasoning.
