    sticks unsalted butter

  • 8

    oz. cream cheese

  • 6

    eggs

  • 3

    cups sugar

  • 3

    cups all purpose flour

  • 1/2

    tsp. salt

  • 1/2

    tsp. baking powder

  • 1

    tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

Generously grease and flour a bundt or tube pan. Cream together butter and cream cheese. Add sugar 1 cup at a time. Add eggs one at a time. Add salt, baking powder and vanilla. Fold in flour 1 cup at a time. Pour into prepared pan. Put in a cold oven and bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
