DILL DIP OR SPINACH DIP

Ingredients
- I pkg.frozen chopped spinach, thawed & squeezed as dry as possible
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 tsp. dill - (most important)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green onion
- 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley (:fresh as possible)
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all together. Must sit overnight for all flavors to blend. Serve with veggies.
* Dill Dip - Spinach can be omitted, then increase green onions & parsley to 1 cup each.
