Ingredients

  • 8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1/3 c. evaporated milk
  • assorted fruits (bananas, strawberries, apples, pears)
  • pound cake cubes
  • large marshmallows
  • cheesecake bites

Preparation

Step 1

Add the chocolate and evaported milk to a saucepan or microwave bowl. Melt the chocolate over low heat stirring constantly with a wooden spoon or spatula. Once the chocolate is completely melted, transfer to the fondue pot and installit on its base in the center of the the table. Light the heating source. Place the sliced fruits, cake squares and marshmallows on plates.

Variation: Substitute some of the evaporated milk with a liqueur of your choice (Irish cream, orange liqueur, Tia Maria or Rhum, etc.)
