- 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
- 1 serrano chili, seeded & minced
- juice of 2 limes
- salt
- 5 ripe avocados, diced
- 1/2 C chopped cilantro

juice & salt to taste
using fork, mash in avocado
add cilantro & salt to taste
