Ingredients

  • 1 medium size Napa Cabbage
  • 1 bunch scallions,chopped
  • 4-6 tablespoons butter
  • 2 3 oz. package of ramon noodles(only noodles)
  • 1 package 2-1/2 oz. sliced almonds
  • 4 tablespoons sesame seed
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • pinch salt

Preparation

Step 1

Slice cabbage thin and add scallions. Put in big bowl.

Melt butter in a pan.Add noodles and brown them( break them in small pieces).Add sesame seeds and almonds and mix until all brown

(I do noodles day before and keep in container)

"Dressing":

Boil ingredients, oil,soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and salt. Let cool.(I make dressing day before)


Put noodle mixture in salad.

5-30 minutes before serving salad,add the dressing and toss well.
