Ingredients
- Crumb Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 to 1/2 sifted confectioner’s sugar
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Filling:
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 3/4 lb. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (or 1/2 teaspoon vanilla)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Glaze:
- 11/2 cups sour cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon salt

Preparation
Step 1
For Crust:
Grind crumbs in food processor until very fine. Stir in the rest of ingredients.
Press into 2½ inch deep, 9 inch spring form pan. Chill the crust.
Filling:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all filling ingredients in bowl and pour into chilled crust.
Bake about 20 minutes. Dust with cinnamon. Cool at room temperature.
Glaze:
Heat oven to 425 degrees.
Mix all glaze ingredients then pour over cheesecake. Bake for about 5 minutes.
Let cool, then refrigerate for 6 to 12 hours before serving
