Ingredients
- 2 C Sugar
- 4 C Flour
- 2 Tbsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 2 C Milk
- 2/3 C Vegetable Oil
- TOPPING
- 1 Tbsp & 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2/3 C Sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Combine Sugar, Flour, Baking Powder & Salt (set aside)
Beat eggs, milk & oil.
Gradually add dry mixture to wet until just moist.
Grease baking dishes & pour mixture an inch below top of pan.
Combine topping, spoon on each and swirl in with knife, leaving some on top.
Bake 350 for 40 minutes. Test with toothpick.
