Ingredients
- 1 package lime flavored gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 3 oz. Package cream cheese
- 2/3 cup crushed pineapple with juice 1/2 cup finely cut celery
- 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped

Preparation
Step 1
Add gelatin to water and stir until dissolved. Add cheese and beat with rotary beater until cheese is well blended. Chill until slightly congealed, then add pineapple and celery. Fold in whipped cream lightly but thoroughly. Turn into 3 or 4 mold cup mold that has been rinsed with cold water. Chill until firm. Remove from mold. Garnish with cherries.
