Ingredients
- 1 14 ounce can coconut milk
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 2 1/2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 3 ounces rice vermicelli noodles
- 1 1/4 ounces salmon fillets, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2/3 cup chopped cilantro

Step 1
In pot, boil first 4 ingredients. Reduce to simmer; stir in noodles, then salmon. Cook until noodles are soft, 4 minutes; season. Stir in cilantro.
