Valentine’s Day Cake Mix Cookies

Spread some love this Valentine’s Day with these easy Valentine’s Day Cookies! Just a few ingredients, and you’ve got yourself some easy and delicious Valentine’s Day Cake Mix Cookies!

Ingredients

• 1 box Betty Crocker White SuperMoist Cake Mix {16.25 oz.}
• 2 Egg Whites
• 1/2 cup Canola Oil or Vegetable Oil
• Red Food Coloring
• Red & White or Valentine’s Day Sprinkles

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cake mix, egg whites, and oil in large mixing bowl, and beat well.
Chill dough in refrigerator for 45 minutes – 1 hour.
Drop onto ungreased non-stick cookie sheet in rounded balls.
Bake for approx. 8 – 9 minutes {or until done} at 350 degrees.
Cool on cooling racks, and once cool it’s time to frost!
Using your favorite homemade or store bought tub of Cream Cheese Frosting, mix in just a few drops of Red Food Coloring to tint the frosting pink. Stir until frosting is tinted a pretty shade of pink.
Frost cookies, and sprinkle on some festive Red & White or Valentine’s Day Sprinkles, and ENJOY!!
