Preparation
Step 1
Add the smoked paprika to the 8 oz. tub of herb flavored cream cheese and mix until combined.
On four slices of bread, generously spread the cream cheese mixture and top with another slice of bread.
Cut off the crust. Cut each sandwich in 3 rows, turn and cut in half, making 6 bites.
Cut 12 slices of bacon in half. Wrap each bite with a slice of bacon, secure with a toothpick.
Cover a cookie sheet with foil and spray with Pam.
Place wrapped bacon bites to pan and sprinkle with Old Bay seasonings.
Place in center rack and bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes, until bacon is brown and cooked. For crispier bacon, place under the broiler for about 1 minute (watch them or they'll burn)!
