Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 apples, peeled, cored and finely chopped
- 4 to 5 cups oil for frying
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
First, combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl (the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, and salt).
