Ingredients
- 6 skinless chicken drumsticks
- 6 skinless chicken thighs
- 1/3 cup dry white wine (or use white grape juice with a splash of vinegar)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 teaspoons chicken-flavored bouillon
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 (14.5-oz.) can stewed tomatoes, undrained, and chopped
- 6 cups hot cooked brown rice

Preparation
Step 1
Trim fat from chicken, if necessary; place in slow cooker. Add wine and next 7 ingredients (onion through tomatoes). Cover and cook on High for 1 hour, then reduce heat setting to Low and cook for 3 1/2 hours.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Steamed green beans and a salad.
