  • 1 10 oz pkg frozen spinach; thawed and drained
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cups Hellman's mayonnaise
  • 1 envelope Knor vegetable soup mix; chopped
  • 1 8 oz water chestnuts; drained and chopped
  • 1 Tbsp chopped onion

Step 1

Squeeze the excess moisture from the spinach. Mix the spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, water chestnuts, onions & soup mix that has been chopped in food processor. 1-2 cups shredded cheddar & mozzarella or swiss cheese. Mix all together and chill at least one day ahead. Stir well just before serving.
