Golden Delight Pancakes

Ingredients

• 1 c. cottage cheese, small curd
• 6 eggs
• 1/2 c. floud
• 1/4 t. salt
• 1/4 c. oil
• 1/4 c. milk
• 1/2 t. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix in blender on high speed for 1 minute, stopping once to stir down. Cook on preheated griddle 360-380.
