Ingredients

  • 1 26 oz. bag of frozen has browns
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 16 oz. bag of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pkg. of sausage (can use pre-cooked)
  • 2 Tbsp. yellow mustard (or prepared dry mustard is better)

Preparation

Step 1

Brown sausage according to package and then drain any grease off.

Spray the crock pot with Pam.

Pour hash browns in the bottom of the crock pot and then add the sausage on top.

Whisk together eggs, cheese and mustard.

Pour egg mixture over sausage and hash browns and stir thoroughly.

Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
