- 3 Tbsp skim milk
- 2 egg whites
- 5 Tbsp all-purpose flour, divided
- 2 cube steaks (4 oz each)
- 2 tsp salt-free Cajun seasoning
- 2 Tbsp canola oil, divided
- 1 cup quartered button mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/8 tsp kosher salt
- 1/8 tap black pepper

Step 1
Whisk together milk and egg whites in a shallow dish. Place 4 Tbsp flour in a separate dish. Season both sides of steaks with Cajun seasoning.
Dip steaks into milk mixture, then dredge both sides in flour.
Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a large nonstick skillet coated with nonstick spray over medium-high. Add steaks; cook to desired doneness, 3-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove steaks from skillet; tent with foil to keep warm.
Add remaining 1 Tbsp oil to skillet. Add mushrooms; sauté until beginning brown, about 3 minutes. Sprinkle remaining 1 Tbsp flour over mushrooms; cook 1 minute, stirring consistently to prevent scorching.
Stir in ketchup and Worcestershire. Add broth; bring mixture to a boil. Simmer sauce until reduced to 1 cup, about 5 minutes; season with salt and pepper.
Serve sauce over steaks.
