Ingredients
- 1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 can creamed corn (16 oz.)
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 stick butter
- 2 eggs

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Bake in a greased casserole dish, for about an hour. (It can take longer, depending upon your oven.
Just make sure the middle is set and firm).
