Vegetarian Meatloaf

You just have to try this. You will believe I have lost my mind when you are mixing it up, but just keep going. You will turn out a faux meat loaf that is totally delicious and loved by even those who believe they hate cottage cheese.

Ingredients
- 1 16-ounce container creamed small curd cottage cheese
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1-ounce envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 2 cups corn flakes cereal

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Grease a loaf pan. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients. At this point you will be saying, "What on earth ...?" but just keep going. Spoon into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes until firm. Serve as you would meat loaf. Serves 8.
