- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder

Step 1
Rub chicken with olive oil. Combine remaining ingredients and rub on both sides of chicken breast. Place on a rack which is placed in a dish. Bake 40-45 minutes. (If baked in a pan, turn half way through baking.
