Cream Sauce with Salmon & Tomatoes

This sauce is best served with Farfalle.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 8 oz salmon cut into thin strips

Preparation

Step 1

Toss this sauce with 1 pound cooked pasta.

In a large skillet, cook tomatoes, salt and red pepper in the butter over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Add the cream and salmon and cook until opaque.
