Ingredients

  • 1 C. milk
  • 2 T. butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 C. sugar
  • 2 C. flour
  • 2 t. baking powder
  • 2 t. vanilla
  • 1 12 oz. jar peanut butter
  • 2 8 oz. Hershey bars

Preparation

Step 1

- Heat milk until butter melts in it.
- Mix together eggs, sugar and vanilla
- Add flour and baking powder to egg mixture, mix well
- Add heated milk and mix well
- Pour into greased and floured 15 x10 x 1" jelly roll pan
- Bake at 350 for 20 min. Allow to cool
- Spread peanut butter on cake
- Melt chocolate and spread on top of peanut butter
- Refrigerate until chocolate sets. Bring to room temperature to cut or
chocolate will break.
