Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1 Tbs. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbs. vegetable oil
- 3/4 c. warm water

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all dry ingredients. Stir in oil and water. Process until smooth. Turn on floured surface and gently knead just until dough is elastic. DO NOT OVERWORK! Shape into ball, cover, and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Shape and fry.
