Ingredients

  • 2 c assorted flours, your pick (I used whole wheat pastry, oatmeal and coconut flour)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup unrefined coconut oil, still solid (I used one half stick earth balance, 1/2 c coconut oil)
  • 1 c assorted sugar (brown, cane, organic)
  • 2 tsp vanilla (I used Mexican vanilla)
  • 1 tbsp milled flaxseed plus 3 tbsp water
  • 1 cups organic fair trade dark chocolate chips
  • Coarse pink himalayan or Celtic salt for sprinkling
  • Bread crusts for storage

Step 1

Instructions
I creamed coconut oil and earth balance with sugars, added flax egg and vanilla.
I blended the flours with the salt and baking soda.and then mixed them gradually into the oils.
grated some dark baking chocolate and added the chips. (walnuts are cool too)

I bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
