Coca-Cola Ham

Ingredients

• 10-15 lb. ham, thick sliced
• 2 liter cola
• 2 c. brown sugar
• 2 Tbs. Worchestershire sauce
• 2 Tbs. pepper
• 3 Tbs. cinnamon
• 3 Tbs. ginger
• 3 Tbs. ground cloves

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cola and spices in large cook-in-the-oven bag. Put ham in. Seal. Marinate 2-12 hours.

Remove 30 minutes before baking to bring to room temperature.

Bake at 350 degrees for 60-85 minutes, turning once. Let stand 30 minutes before opening the bag.
