Ingredients
- 1 chicken bouillion cube
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 c. cooked turkey
- 2 Tbs. white wine (optional)
- Cornbread
Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve the bouillion cub in boiling water. Melt the butter and mix in the flour. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly. Slowly add in the chicken stock and the milk. Cook until thickened. Season to taste and then stir in the turkey and the wine if using.
