Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/4 cups oil
- 2 cups carrots, grated
- 4 eggs
- 1 can crushed pineapple, (8 1/2 oz)
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Preparation
Step 1
Sift dry ingredients together, add sugar oil and eggs. Mix well add carrots pineapple and nuts, mix thoroughly and bake. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350°
When cool frost with cream cheese frosting.
